THE ADEPTO NORWAY STORY   Adepto Norway was established in 2004 by Inger Lise Saeter, who is also the manager.   The company has clients in more than 30 countries around the world, and through these, we work some of the major players in most industries.   Currently we have five full time translators "in-house" and a large and long-standing network of professional partners.   After a few years of working the "usual way", we made radical changes in our company structure about a year ago. We stopped having a main office where people had to come in and work. We wanted to give our team the freedom to work from wherever they want, realizing that this can give a better quality of life and a better work motivation. Our systems have been carefully designed to support this structure, and today each and every one of us appreciate the freedom this has given us. Since two in the team have grabbed this opportunity and relocated to Australia, we can even serve our clients better by working or several time zones.   Basically, everyone in the Adepto Norway Team has the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time - this is just another way of living by our motto "more than words".
